These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vocarian website, services, applications, and content (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Vocarian, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use Vocarian. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Vocarian provides tools including but not limited to: Career Health Score™, AI Career GPS™, Launchpad Kits, Interview Coaching, and Networking Intelligence. We may update or modify services at any time without notice. Some services may be premium and require a paid subscription.

• You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape any part of the Platform.
• Vocarian may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees and understand that some plans auto-renew unless canceled. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding, algorithms, and visual elements are the intellectual property of Vocarian, LLC. You may not use or reproduce any materials without written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By uploading or submitting content, you grant Vocarian a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of delivering services to you.

9. AI-Powered Features

Vocarian includes tools powered by third-party and proprietary AI. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs are not guaranteed to be error-free and should not replace professional or legal advice.

10. Privacy

Your use of Vocarian is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and protect your data.

11. Limitation of Liability

Vocarian is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any loss of income, career opportunity, or other damages resulting from use of the Platform.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@vocarian.com.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in York County, SC.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
